Dear Valued Patients:
Please know this is not a normal time in our community. We are just as concerned as you to have the outbreak of this new virus potentially impacting our patients’ daily lives.
As concerns about COVID-19 grow, we are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and taking precaution to make sure our team and patients are safe and healthy. We have reached out to local public health officials at Licking and Knox County Health Department and are monitoring advisories from the Ohio Department of Health and the Ohio Dental Association.
Infection control has been a high priority in the health-care industry for some time, and we in the dental field take those regulations very seriously. Instrument and surface sterilization and disinfection are simply part of our daily routine. Our suppliers are doing a great job of keeping us fully stocked with the products necessary to continue these procedures in an effective manner.
At this time, Brian Howe DDS Family Dentistry will continue to see all regularly scheduled patients. As the public health situation seems to change on a daily and sometimes hourly basis, we commit to keeping you informed of any changes. As always, if you or your family have signs and/or symptoms of the flu, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointments.
Thank you for your consideration in this trying time. Please know we are doing our best to navigate this continually evolving situation. We will keep you informed as we receive new information. We want our community to stay safe and prevent the further spread of this disease.
Thank you,
The Team at Brian Howe DDS, Family Dentistry
